We are always happy to hear from enthusiastic, proactive people interested in joining our busy front desk team at our campuses. Being part of EU’s Student Care is incredibly rewarding and satisfying as you provide exceptional customer service within a close, collegial team to international students. No two days are the same; you will interact closely with people from all around the world - rather than travelling yourself the world comes to you!

Some of your responsibilities could include:

• Assisting students with requests/general enquiries
• Data entry, filing and scanning
• Relaying basic policy information to students
• Assisting with online and face-to-face student enrolment and timetabling

• Native English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills (or Academic IELTS 7.0 in all modules)
• Excellent phone manner and highly developed interpersonal skills
• An eye for detail
• General administration experience including Data Entry and computer skills (Email, internet, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access)
• The ability to multi task and work effectively under pressure
• Ability to follow directions and be a lateral thinker
• Enthusiastic nature and enjoys interacting with student, staff and external clients

Teachers at English Unlimited are required to have a recognised degree or equivalent and a recognised TESOL qualification.

Voluntary Classroom Assistants (VCA)

Students want more interaction with native speakers, and reduced teacher-student ratios. Teachers know that the more English/cultural input a student gets, the faster they learn. Newly qualified/aspiring teachers need opportunities to observe experienced teachers and plan/teach classes in a collegial, supportive environment. English Unlimited’s Voluntary Classroom Assistant Programme is a win-win-win for students, teachers and the volunteers themselves!
